This quaint town also offers such attractions as live music at Kvelstad Bandstand, July 3rd Fireworks on the Fjord, exhibits at the Marine Science Center, Phimister Proctor Museum, Viking Fest and Raab Park.

Little Valley and Big Valley Roads are the beginning of a scenic backdoor route to the Hood Canal Floating Bridge, and along the route you will pass the Manor Farm Inn, Molly Ward Gardens and the Llama Rose Farm. The Hood Canal Floating Bridge was built in 1961, and at the time was the largest floating concrete structure on tidal water in the world. It also has the longest draw span ever constructed. To the west of the bridge, you can see the snow-clad Olympic Mountains and Shine Tidelands State Park, to the north you see Mount Baker, and to the northeast are the Cascades near the Canadian Boarder. This road is a backdoor route to Port Townsend and Port Ludlow featuring a 27-hole golf course designed by Robert Muir Graves.
