"It is my job to oversee the transaction after a property goes under contract. My function is to see that every contractual detail is taken care of, every deadline and contingency is met and satisfied, and that our clients successfully make it to closing. My goal is to ensure that each client has a seamless transaction; that is, one that closes without a hitch. To accomplish that, we have implemented systems, checklists and a proactive action plan to troubleshoot any problem areas before they surface. I work behind the scenes to help Penny with her correspondence and mounds of paperwork. I handle the ever-increasing volume of telephone calls and faxes that come into our offices, and support the other team members whenever possible. It is my job to keep the office up and running so that all functions smoothly and efficiently."
